📦 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of the purchase date.

⛔ If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.


💸 Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The item is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery

💰 Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method

⏱️ Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order for guaranteed cancellation processing.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company – processing may take time
  3. Reach out to your bank – delays can occur

🏷️ Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the return value
  • Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is granted, return shipping may be deducted from your refund
