🔁 How to File a Counter-Notice

- Material Identification: Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement affirming belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Provider Details: Full name, address, phone number, email, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal Court.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice:
- We may notify the original complainant.
- Unless legal action is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days, at our discretion.
